Victim, once a cyborg, now a robot

The episode opens with Yuuta and his neighbors decorating Mr. Mudra's shop on Christmas Eve. News about a coup in Etonia wherein a large number of robot weapons flashes on TV. Kashiwazaki walks out of the room upon hearing the news anchor say that a major weather disturbance on Jupiter would not affect Earth, besides causing some signal interference. Azuki thinks Kashiwazaki should see a doctor.

In the Decker Room, Shadowmaru complains of headaches. He and Gunmax attribute it to the increase in workload at the end of the year. The Commissioner walks in, bringing in more work: Etonia's request for Brave Police assistance. Duke Fire notes that it's an internal affair. The commissioner clarifies that it's a robot invasion, not a coup. Deckerd and Duke Fire initially refuse. The Commissioner shows an image of the robots, all of them of the same type as the black Chieftain which carried Victim away. Yuuta, intent on finding out who is behind this, dispatches the Brave Police.

Ayako makes a call to Seia, asking for info about this case.

The Chieftains happily wreck the tanks firing at them. The Brave Police arrive and slice a handful of robots without much fanfare. Noiva orders Victim, now a giant robot, to attack. J-Decker takes a hit from Victims lance and calls Yuuta for the command. J-Decker and Duke Fire form Fire J-Decker while Victim points his lance at Super Build Tiger. J-Decker tackle Victim, while Super Build Tiger, Gunmax, and Shadowmaru deal with the Chieftains.

Three alien entities observe the battle at their base.

Victim sends Fire J-Decker crashing to the ground, flies atop the building behind, and pulls out a capsule containing Eva Fahrzeug's body. Noiva steps out of his robot and opens the capsule, narrating his mother's story. Eva Fahrzeug developed the Fahrzeugronne, a fifth-generation computer which mimics the brain's processes, spawning a robot revolution. She wanted to imbue them with a "heart" as well, and concluded that she needed to conduct experiments on humans to further understand the human brain. The Etonian police arrested her, and placed her in a cryogenic sleep so that they can study her brains later on. During that time, Japan came out with the Brave Police. Noiva brings his mother back to her senses, and as they embrace, a garguantuan fortress, the Big Mother, rises behind them. The Chieftains leave the Brave Police alone and enter the structure. Noiva and Eva also enter.

Fire J-Decker struggles to get up on his feet.

Noiva tells his mother that the Hameln System is now complete.

The aliens continue to observe the whole affair.
